Terrible customer experience. Only 1 customer rep stood out for me. Rest just dont know what they were doing. They made my experience regrettable Pick up location was also terrible, store manager had no idea about the uhaul process, he kept calling everyone to verify. I had to wait more than 2 hours before he handed over
