He Didn’t have the Dollie’s i paid for, and still charged me as if he had the Dollie’s. Poor experience wouldn’t recommend anyone getting a uhaul from here.

The only complaint I had was one side of the tire stabilizer webbing was frayed more than I thought acceptable. I noted that it passed a safety inspection and I am not expert in making a safety determination so I accepted the dealer’s advice that it was okay. Everything else including the managers friendly and accommodating demeanor were great. He was out protective blankets I had ordered and he located some and collected them in less than 1/2 hour. The truck was in great condition and performed very well the entire trip.all in all a satisfactory experience.
