The earliest pisk up time was 11 AM. A little earlier would work out better, Otherwase everything was excellent.

Melissa BWe are a very regular customer of U-Haul. We usually rent the trucks for 1 day and extend the rental according to our needs, however it seems for this particular location having a truck rented for a long time is not something good as we had a not nice call with the Assistant Manager, Christy, who even stated they wont rent any truck to us again because "we rent the trucks for too long". We do understand that they may have another rental and need the truck we have, we perfectly understand this and by just getting a call or email saying they are not able to extend the rental, we could just return it (as we did), but acting aggressive or even disrespectful with a returning customer that is PAYING for a service is just non acceptable. uHaul business is mainly renting trucks, so its hard to understand why the assistant manager has to get upset and disrespect us over the phone because we are renting for "too long", a service we are paying, not stealing from them.
Mega PThe interior of the 20' truck was dirty, as was the cab. I had to clean both areas before I could load our furniture. The truck was in good condition overall - it just had not been cleaned. Christy was pleasant and helpful - no issues with the office at this location.
