Low scores based solely on the fact that this is an "unmanned" location. Gen X'ers may like that, but us older folk like the personal interaction. Also, Cuckoo is not known for its blazing fast cell service, so getting those 6 drop off pictures to "send" was a bit dicey. I actually left before the app said I could because I was tired of waiting.

Prompt Service. Very easy drop off on lot.
Edgar cOut of the way location from my location for a drop-off. Location owner was kind of enough to wait for us to arrive and direct us where to park. Would prefer a larger drop-off location with easier access from main highway.

JEFFREY DEquipment looked well taken care of. And they did have a variety of rentals on the lot however, the employee who completed the rental return was a bit stand-off; short response to friendly communication; and at one point accusatory when a piece of garbage flew onto the lot. If you need to drop off here be prepared to deal with attitude resemblant of rural ignorant diplomacy.
