I was in the middle of renting a u-haul and the lady at the desk just stopped my process and allowed another customer to go in front of me. The other customer’s initial payment would not go through which caused more time and I eventually told the U-haul rep I would just have to come back. Of course when I got back, the U-haul I needed was rented. No, don’t go to the location on South Water in Gallatin, TN.
