When we arrived the trailer that we had reserved was not there. Disappointed that the screen on the credit card machine said that u-haul guaranties the equipment will be there when you reserved it. That is clearly not true. Lucky a one way trailers arrived and U-Haul allowed us to rent it. There were two other trailer on the lot but they were one way rental and U-haul would not let us use either of them. Pretty hard to understand that you have a reservation and the equipment you need is sitting there but you can not use it. The employee was great, obviously put in a bad situation by the company.
