The building is in rough shape. But equipment is good.
SEAN PDeceptive charges. Did not realize I would have minimum 100-mile charge The $ per mile would have been $30 cheaper. I did sign the document so that is on me. The insurance of $15 or $30 confused me. Did not research if my own insurance would cover me. Was this additional insurance or necessary? I know if I ever use you again I will know this answer. The staff was solid. Equipment fine. Timely transaction. Ethically, you would provide clearer billing information and be more transparent… in a perfect world.
LOUIS VSunday morning pickup, they need to have a third person to do returning check-in equipment and check-in customers. Line was 8 people when the door opened at noon.
JAY DThe location was fine and the staff seemed friendly/helpful enough. It is just a small shop and pretty packed in. My biggest issue was the packing blankets. A couple in the bag where very dirty with some kind of petro chemical residue. It almost looked and smelled like someone wiped up after degreasing a motor or something. This left 2-3 of the blankets totally unusable and made the rest in the bag stink.
