How U-Haul Reviews WorkMy drop off location ( listed on the contract) was non- existent, after speaking with a representative I had to drive 10 miles out of tge original drop off location, and when I dropped the truck off and took a photo of the mileage they charged me $2 dollars extra for going over the mileage limit of my rental... horrible and unethical! Change your app info and location offerings!!!!
Nikola TWe arrived before closing time but didn't see anyone there. We used the drop box, but would have preferred to talk with a real person.
John SHaving a 2-in ball available for customer use would have been helpful. But they did offer to sell me one and I just went and got a different one
Jason WGreat experience. Friendly, efficient and helpful.
