The self return was simple enough and it was intuitive where to return the truck. My only complaint is that U-Haul directed me to return my equipment to this site when there was a U-Haul rental site within 2 blocks of my final destination. While this was only a minor inconvenience driving an extra 20 mins, it was the final inconvenience in a long chain of difficulties with my U-Haul experience.

Mark L.I have the latest iPhone and could not check in with the truck share 24/7. I had to call uhaul and get the code from them. My moving guys had to wait 30 minutes because of all crap getting the code.
