I have several issues with this location, mostly incorrect information regarding mileage and gas. I have also had problems with incorrect invoicing.

Drop off was seamless, because i had the help of someone who had done this before. Otherwise drop off would have taken more time and more challenging. . Drop off procedure needs improvement.

TOMMY LThe issues the breaks of the truck were not great
HAYSSAM KThe pickup process is too slow and unreasonable. I spend half an hour in the queue. Also, I don’t understand why I cannot pick up my truck when I have my reference number. The front desk is useless.
