When I arrived at my pick-up location, I saw the truck, but unfortunately, the previous renter hadn't closed out their route, so I couldn’t access it. Even the private shop owner couldn’t assist, but the U-Haul call center representative was incredibly quick and helpful. She arranged another truck at a different location, reserved it for me, and even made sure the cost of transportation was covered. Outstanding service—huge thanks to the U-Haul team!
kiranprasad ROnly one staff working at the counter make us wait for 35 mins besides having online check in done already. Only one lady is responsible for in person bookings, attending phone calls from enquirers and assisting reserved bookings. Otherwise, we get great help in the parking lot. That staff was quite helpful. Just need to hire more people for counter, atleast during busy days like 31st or 1st of the month
