Clean the vehicle and make sure there's gas in it. I had to pay for it even though I received the vehicle like that, and in the contract for uhaul it states that you must check the vehicle prior to acceptance. I was on a time schedule so I didnt have time to do so. Highly highly recommend booking with another company

Brian TWhen I rented the truck I was quoted $88 dollars. When I checked my visa card I had been charged $215 dollars. I do not recall anyone telling me there was such a deposit. I am still waiting for money to be returned to my account. I have bills to pay and waiting 3 to 5 days is very inconvenient.
Malcolm SI was never able to get a receipt printed out for me when I returned the uhaul. I also did not receive an email or text message.
