The worker seemed very annoyed that he had to do his job. The Right tail light did not work and the person said it was probably bad wiring ( on our vehicle) . He said it would work with a new plug. Well it did NOT work. In fact the trailers tail light was not working. We were moving out of state and did not have time to wait for U- Haul repair shop to fix it . And did not have time to take it back to where we rented it. So we had to return it to another U-Haul store in order to rent one that worked. And because we had rented it as a one-way there was no credit given back to us for only having it for 1 day, and because we did not deliver it 2,400 miles away like originally planned, but instead kept it in Riverside county, So $700 down the drain!!
