The app was good! The pick up went smoothly and with no changes or cancellations, so it was great too! But the drop off was a bit questionable. When we got there in the Menifee location to drop the rental, the gate was closed with no instructions on leaving the rental outside the locked gate and no instructions from the rental pick up. Someone, a very nice worker from inside the field came, and kindly called someone who instructed us to drop the key in the box, leave the rental outside the locked gate, and that someone was going to clear the rental next day. I was concerned but it all worked out well at the end! I received my receipt next morning and I was happy! Thank you!

Fernando OThe worker seemed very annoyed that he had to do his job. The Right tail light did not work and the person said it was probably bad wiring ( on our vehicle) . He said it would work with a new plug. Well it did NOT work. In fact the trailers tail light was not working. We were moving out of state and did not have time to wait for U- Haul repair shop to fix it . And did not have time to take it back to where we rented it. So we had to return it to another U-Haul store in order to rent one that worked. And because we had rented it as a one-way there was no credit given back to us for only having it for 1 day, and because we did not deliver it 2,400 miles away like originally planned, but instead kept it in Riverside county, So $700 down the drain!!
