James C.The agent at the Moneta was excellent - friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. However, after completing my rental I noticed an insurance charge for Safe Tow was added to my bill without my knowledge or agreement. I had definitely refused all of the extras when making the reservation. I called U-Haul and the charged was removed and refunded. But the representative blamed the charge on me for not checking the order first and said the refund was a “one time courtesy†refund. I was insulted, since I rejected the insurance, yet it still appeared on my order - clearly a “bait and switch.â€
