Keith DWe are very unhappy, the main location to pick up was closed, no one advised us of the closing. So we went to walton security to get one. He was very helpful, called uhaul for us, and got us in and out in 15 mins.
Leslie SI reserved the truck for an 8:30am mobile pick up when I arrived they had changed it to 9am pick up and it was not a mobile pick up. I had to wait for the place to open before getting the truck. Customer service was not helpful in the least. I was on a very tight schedule and this certainly put me behind and could have been avoided. I will NEVER rent from UHaul again. Extremely dissatisfied. The least they could have done or offered was a discount for the inconvenience and I was offered nothing!
