Nothing else more.....I was pleased with the overall service........
Jermaine BReceived numerous text/emails saying I did not turn in truck. Had to call uhaul main office and explain that I had turned it in same day instead of the next day as rental agreement was for two days. I dropped keys in drop box. I also checked box that truck was turned in. Very disappointed in uhaul process of inconvenience of text and emails. Need a better process for this.
