This dispatcher was rude and not professional the truck was unclean when I received it look like a dog was living in it and the mileage was incorrect my rental contract said it was xxx146 but it was xxx186 and I got charged for 50 miles when I only used 15 will not use this location again to use a U-Haul after I was told by customer service that I won’t be charged for the extra mileage
