We ordered an appliance dolly and it wasn’t in the truck when we went to pick it up . I called U-Haul and was transferred then told I would be put on hold while she found out what to do about it. Then she said” goodbye” and promptly hung up on me! Who does that???? Lashaun I hope you get FIRED! You have no business being in customer service with service like that. When I called back they said there’s nothing they can do!! I didn’t have time to run across town to another location to pick one up. I was told it was in the notes that one wasn’t available yet no one bothered to tell me!!!
