When we arrived the trailer was not there. The worker at the location told me that it had been moved to another location and U-Haul should have contacted me. U haul did not contact me. So we had to wait during the day for her to find a replacement trailer. While I was waiting, u haul customer service called me at 1:10 stating that she was calling to schedule my 1:15 pickup that same day???? My father took off work for an hour and came back late because the trailer was not there. The location workers were very helpful but from U-Haul we expect more and some compensation for that mess on 8/7.

REBECCA Btoo hard to find. when we arrived, there was a sign to call a number when returning equipment. we called that number and were told that someone would be right out to help us. after waiting 25 minutes, someone finally showed up. then, our equipment was not recorded as returned, so we received phone calls and emails stating that we had not returned our equipment. we like UHaul and will use you again, but hope not to have to return the equipment to this location. thank you.
William VGate needed to be open slightly larger for easier access. Due to upcoming surgery, I needed to drop it off earlier than scheduled and after hours as I was listed as the only driver. Called the listed phone number and was warmly greeted by a CSR. Followed instructions and made a successful drop off.
