Reservation was originally moved to Madison west side. I called and got it changed to Portage. However it had been rented out prior to our arrival but we didn't find out until after we arrived. Then the reservation was made for Montello. Moving stuff is stressful enough without the run around between stores to locate an available trailer

James D.There was dried blood running down the inside of the cargo area of the truck. I did not clean it up, since it's blood. I'm not touching it due to the pathogenic dangers of it. I feel that since I'm required to sweep out the truck, there shouldn't be anything like that in there.
