Everything was great. Truck was very well maintained. Staff were wonderful. My only gripe is the QR code on the after hours key return box that forces me to download an app. Which I tried but my rental was not connected to an account so when I made the account for the U-Haul app, it was pointless and confusing. Even once I had the app and made the account, the QR code only opened the app and didn’t send me to anything to confirm the drop off.
