The U-Haul staff at Shadow Mountain Locksmith were excellent. The U-Haul organization, however, needs to change its gas tank level policy, making it that each customer should fill the tank to full after each use. Hitting an exact mark below full is simply frustrating and results in customers paying more in gas costs than what they've actually used.
