Had multiple issues with the attendant, taking care of us, not giving clear instructions on how to go about booking, proceeded to tell us they had no trucks available only the largest size and then said it was only available until 2:30 PM even though they have a drop off box it was very frustrating

didn’t notice tank wasn’t full until id left the lot took 12 gallons to fill up after 40 miles of driving
Jeffrey NI picked up 1 15ft truck and 1 auto carrier from this location the auto carrier had 2 questionable tires that I pointed out to individual the fact that I was going to put 5000 miles on it did not matter. I loaded the car on it and the next morning one tire was flat. The rental place was not surprised and I had to call the 800 number together tire changed. When the contractor looked at condition of the tires he changed all 4. These people who are not vehicle knowledgeable should not be renting out your equipment they are damaging your company image and not caring about on road safety
David HI would recommend this location as long as the one understood that it wasn’t gonna happen on time and the equipment is not going to be interesting condition nor is it going to be clean.
