natasha lThis is kind of a convoluted survey. It’s my first time to the business. What I’m baffled about is I’m being charged a $15 fee which I’m going to get back or dispute with my credit card company because I did not need your insurance. I have my own with State Farm and plenty of it. Your system was down there were problems with connections. They had to actually take the order over the phone. I do not like that U-Haul has now resorted to guess how many miles you’re gonna use? And if you go over, you guys are gonna stick it to the customers. I will avoid U-Haul at all cost going forward, I will be sure to share it on social media. You’re asking me to play the guessing game. Appreciate that do better.
Kathryn WGreat UHaul place. Nice to start with the tank full instead of having to guess how much to put in (Uhaul always gets more gas from me). Snd the unit was spotless!
