Staff is not well trained on Uhaul rental, I had to wait for about an hour for a manager to arrive to assist with truck rental. That’s 2nd time I rented out from this location. Most likely next time I would choose a different one. Once manager arrived it took him 5 minutes to get me the keys for the truck. Customer before me had the same issue.

Lots of trouble checking in and then was given wrong truck
JAMES HThe staff had no idea how to manage a reservation. We had to wait for someone else to come help us. He took my phone and made changes to my account which further complicated things. It wasted an hour of time. I ended up calling the U-Haul customer service to handle it myself. I will never use uhaul again. This was the second location we attempted after being stood up the day prior.
