Evidently the truck that I was supposed to have was not returned. The young lady who was working did not know what to do since she only works one day a week. It took over a half hour for me to get the other truck that was at the store. She made phone call after phone call trying to figure out what was going to happen, so I lost time on my rental that I could have been using for the move. It all worked out, but when a guaranteee is a guarantee, I should not have had to wait that long to get a truck that I was supposed to have.

LEONARD JMy original scheduled U-Haul was changed the day before we were to pick it up, and we had to drive way out of our way to get it. The gentleman who helped us get our U-Haul at the gas station was very helpful. The links that were text to me were not working, and the program he used was not working either. After maybe 15 minutes we finally got things to go through. The whole ‘online only’ process was a giant hassle and I will not be using a U-Haul again.
Abby BFrom checkout to check in representatives should be trained on the entire process. Not let the customers assume on their own. Explain the procedures and functions of the vehicles.
