Bead of the truck was filthy… I had to clean it before use. It wasn’t one of the things you asked for a picture of on pickup…

ROBERT SInform the customer of the check in requirements like taking a photo in the app when the trailer is returned and parked in the U-Haul lot.
GARY SWhen I reserved the truck, I had to fill out a lot of information. As inwas picking up the truck, all the same information had to be filled out again. Eliminating filling out information twice would be helpful. Pickup took way longer than it should have.
