I was told I would have been able to pick up my rental at or near where I made the reservation. I had to make several phone calls the day before to get the correct truck and had to find a closer location than the one 45 minutes away from my house that was suggested. I still had to drive 20 minutes instead of the 5 minutes I was expecting. I spent 30 minutes getting my rental. I was not able to fill out my paperwork in advance. I had to do it on site. I had to move the rental twice to get pictures. The app would not upload pictures. I had to call and get a web link to allow me to load the pictures. Then I was on my way. The rerun was perfect. The alignment was off on the truck and the tires needed to be balanced

The actual place for truck drop off was a bit confusing. Maybe make the location a bit clearer. Staff was very nice and helpful.

WILLIAM VMy only complaint was that where the vehicle was parked, it was a little difficult to leave because we were blocked in by someone. I think it was somebody that lived in a house right next to the auto shop. They were parked right in front of our truck. We had to find out who it was, and we were almost late to meet up with our moving party.
