Rental went relatively well, garage contacted uhual agent and all was handled over phone. Relatively quick. Trailer condition was sketchy. All tire pressures were low and one was at 27lbs… after loading side by side and heading south trailer shimmied and shook whole trip. Not sure if tires out of balance or alignment of trailer off but driving over 850 miles with shaking trailer was a bit taxing. Vibration was evident at all but low speeds. A very stressful drive.

Kevin PYou were experiencing technical difficulties that made mobile check-in with the app impossible. It took 3 calls, multiple tries on the app, and holding on a phone call for 25 minutes to get the code to get the keys from the lock box.
