Ease of entering and exiting the location was a breeze!
Thao XMake sure customers understand if they rent a uhaul and need an extension to call a head of time for other customers to have their vehicle on time.
Amber HI had called ahead to reserve a tow dolly. I described vehicle to be towed and was assured it was compatible. Upon arriving at location directed to for pick-up, I was not able to rent after being told it was non-compatible for my use, according to U-Haul website. Becky was upset and called help line to clear up confusion, but could not get web form to clear for rental.Then had to drive another 15 miles to pick up a tow hauler. Gentlemen at last location was very professional and apologized for my inconvenience. I only needed dolly to move front wheel drive vehicle 5 blocks to my residence, 12 miles from original site visited. The only consolation, I was charged price of dolly versus hauler. Gunna think hard before ever renting from u-haul in future!
