There was a lock box at the car wash. We spent an hour trying to get the code. Then, some random guy came out from an unmarked door at the car wash and said he had the key.

Stephen F.There were cars parked in front of U-Hauls and the area where they were preventing me from then parking the U-Haul next to the rest. It was a tight area. A super small lot so being it's small and the car was blocking the area the U-Haul were it made it hard to return the equipment costing me to have to drive around the block twice costing me more miles
