The two people in the office were friendly, but since this is a truck stop location, it wasn’t particularly inviting but easily accessible. All I can say is that if you use this location, make sure the gentleman goes out to the truck before you walk off the lot. We had just put gas in the vehicle plus we returned it on one day and they showed on the receipt that we didn’t deliver it till the next day, and that they had to put gas in it; plus, they charged us for extra mileage when it was supposed to be unlimited.

I SPECIFICALLY DECLINED SAFE TRIP COVERAGE AND WAS CHARGED TWO TIMES $32 FOR TRUCK N$16+ FOR TRAILER I MOVED FOR YOU.
