Poorly educated on equipment use. I left Murfreesboro, TN with my vehicle supposedly attached to the trailer. By the time I got to Chattanooga, both the front straps that were SUPPOSED to be holding the front end of the car down were off!! The front chain wasn't connected!! The only thing that was holding my BMW was the rear chain as I was traveling over Monteagle Mountain !! I was not pleased at all! Needles to say, EXTREMELY PISSED OFF to say the least!!! It would require an act of Congress for me rent from those hillbillies again! When I think of my ONLY means of transportation floating of the side of a mountain with me attached to it, I shudder......

Customer service was good. They helped me out by finding a truck and provided a bigger truck when the one i wanted wasn't available. The negatives were I reserved a truck for a certain time and date that was available and that could not be provided. I had to reschedule my entire day around just to be able to get one. On top of that the other locations reschedule my reserved spot three times. At this location the only truck they could get me had a alignment issue but hey i needed a truck so I had to work with it.

I specifically asked for a appliance dolly that rolled. And of course I got that didn't. I didn't want the insurance and the guy swiped my card anyways with insurance added. Terrible experience.

When the gentleman went out to my Suburban to back it up to the trailer he put on a pair of gloves (this location is a Valvoline oil change facility) then came back in once the trailer was hooked up and ready for me to leave. Unfortunately the gloves he had on were covered in dirty oil. The door (inside and out), the steering wheel, the center console, one spot on my leather seats and the back bumper of my white vehicle were all covered in smeared oil. The trailer was great but it took an extra hour to clean all the oil off the different parts of my Suburban. What a terrible customer experience.

Make sure the person knows what they are doing...and inform ALL when CALLING ANY location to disclose since not corporate there's only CERTAIN things they can and will do ...trust me I would have passed this place up had I known she would have told me she was not allowed to put the chains on the transporter . I WANT 169. 00 of my money BACK!!!

When returning our trailer I tried to use the online app & it didn't work very well & tried to charge us again after we had already paid at the location. So I backed out of the online app. But, that is the only issue we had. The location took care of everything for us. We have rented there before & will again. Thanks.
