Location was VERY difficult to find. No signs out front. Was part of an existing gas station, but no indication that there was a U-haul there. U-haul equipment was in a very small lot down a hill and behind the gas station where you really couldn't see them. We reserved 1 utility dolly and 4 furniture dolly's months earlier, but when the day came, they only had one furniture dolly and the one utility dolly, leaving us with a big moving issue. The truck was fine, but when driving 600 miles for over 8 hours, it would have been nice to have a truck with cruise control.

Jasmine HThe guy at the store was super nice but the check-in process was ridiculous. I had to take pictures sometimes multiple times. Way too cumbersome. E.g. When I checked in the truck, I had to go through the whole checkin at least twice, take all the pictures twice. Your site is crap.
