The U-Haul online reservation system, and pickup and drop-off location agents, made everything super easy. Things ran on time and without any issues. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful activity smooth amd easy.
Mickey GI returned the van 9 minutes later than the scheduled hour, and was charged an extra day for it. This is a ripoff and next time I will do my best to avoid renting from u-haul especially the Barcroft Shell drop off location!
