The pickup was easy & the truck was excellent. However, the confirmation call before was horrible. I reserved a 10’ truck weeks in advance & the caller told me the day before that the closest 10’ truck was 1.5 hrs away & it would be on us to make the 3hr round trip to get it. We def did not have an extra 3 hours on the day of my daughter’s graduation, family lunch & a day of packing. Her attitude was basically, “this is how it’s done, if you want it go get it.” After a bit of back & forth a 20’ truck was offered at the same price. It was a great truck that was way too big. It was much harder to maneuver at my daughter’s tiny rent house & im sure we spent more on gas to drive a truck that was twice as big.
