Want to improve customer service experience? Switch locations. We had a reservation at 2pm and the Point-of-sale guy, let's call him Jeff, rented it to someone else moments before we got there. I mean, we even saw them leave with the last available truck as we got there. Jeff didn't check any sort of identification or anything else for those people, probably just asked if their last name was , to which they probably said "yep" and got on their way. They rented it under my credit card information and my name. It was obvious that Jeff had committed a pretty serious blunder because he had "guilty" written all over his face. The half-ass apology for not having any trucks available put me at ease though. Jeff made sure to cover his ass to who I assume was his manager, but the proof of the calamity was there for all to see when I couldn't rent the next available UHaul when it arrived an hour later because, oh yeah, Jeff had rented my entire reservation, credit card, truck, etc. to the people that showed up before us. The issue was finally resolved maybe 20 minutes later by someone much more competent than Jeff. He was helpful, apologized for not honoring our reservation, and even gave us free coffee and soda. He was at least trying to be helpful, while Jeff sulked around the counter and tried to cover his ass some more. After that hour+ debacle, we moved our stuff with no issue. Great truck. We come back to drop it off at the scheduled time, and the new guy, we'll call him Larry, was just super rude. He answered none of our questions, but kind of pushed paper until we finally paid the charge. To my knowledge, we didn't get the $50 credit listed on the UHaul website for having to wait another hour past our reservation. So there's that too. Overall, it was yet another bad experience with Uhaul. Which, for the four times we've used UHaul, this is the second time it's been a terrible experience. I'd love it if I didn't have to assume that a bad experience with UHaul is a 50/50, but there just isn't any realistic competition for a comparable price. Congrats for dominating the market, I just wish my customer service experience wasn't such a toss-up.

I ended up having to extend my reservation for 2 extra days when I called in both times the people on the phone were nice. Today the woman from the actual location called and threatened to report it stolen of it wasn't back by 12:00 when I paid for the extra day to return at 6 pm. I ended up paying $183 and get treated like garbage it's not right!! Will not recommend this location ever

Only question I have is why take the time to check in online to "make checkout faster"? When I got there I still had to fill out another sheet with literally of the exact same information from the online check in. Nothing was expedited whatsoever.

PLEASE PUT A UHAUL SIGHT ON SINCLAIR GAS STATION, OR DON'T PARK UHAUL TRUCKS BESIDE THE GAS STATION. OTHER THAN THAT, I LIKE THIS LOCATION BECAUSE THIS IS THE ONLY UHAUL ALLOWED ME CHOOSE MY PICK UP TIME.

I got charged a cleaning fee for reasons unknown. The employee said he didn't know why I was charged, or what needed to be cleaned but said I could take it up with the "head Office." In my emila receipt there is the following line "If you have any questions or concerns about your moving experience or the attached receipt, please contact me at 1 _AFM@uhaul.com" but that email doesn't exist. I'd like my cleaning fee reimbursed. i took pictures of the truck after use so someone could point out what needed to be cleaned.

Uhaul provided us with an incorrect location for pickup and we had to pay $20.00 for a Taxi to take us to the correct pick up location. The service there was excellent. The truck had not been filled with gas nor was the windshield clean. The windshield was full of dead bugs. The inside of the cab was acceptable. It was a nightmare getting to the correct pick up location since we were provided an incorrect location 4 times while talking to customer service to hold our reservation. Our flight was delayed 7 hours and this may have had something to do with it. BUT, we are both 63 years old, we were walking in 100 degree weather and I have a heart issue. My ankles swelled up to three times their size and it was hard for me to walk while we were trying to locate the correct pick up location. Thank God for Carl's Junior employees who provided us with a CORRECT phone number to call a cab after Uhaul had provided us with 2 phone numbers that were incorrect and we did not reach anyone on either phone number. One number you had to be a member and text them; the other number no one answered whatsoever. The entire ordeal was a nightmare. Sorry you failed us on this trip. I would rate it as a -10

Even though the person was friendly, it took a long time to pick up my equipment. Uhaul changed where I was going to pick up my truck. I was given a larger truck than I requested that cost more money in gas. Windows were full of dead bugs.

Tim was an amazing employee that took my vehicle. i am not very happy with UHaul in general. i dont know who didnt look at the notes for this drop off location but they cannot take 20+ foot trucks so when i tried to drop it off he could not take it. he did not have another employee to help me while he was trying to run the sinclair gas station. he was awesome and felt really bad for me. i would have taken the truck to another location that took 20's but my car was dropped off and i had no way to get back to get my car. UHaul would not come and get their truck and Tim would not make me pay for it so he took it all on him and took the truck anyway said he would take the wrap for taking the 20 when he was not supposed to.

I started with a full tank and it took 5 gallons to refill after going 8 miles. I ended up paying for someone elses' gas use. The tank then was not actually full when I got it.

Terrible customer service, poor communication with me from the store. Attempted to charge excessive fees. Claimed that the only possessed one key at the store and attempted to charge me to have another one made. No night drop capability at all, secured or otherwise. I have used UHaul for years and not inclined to do so in the future following this disastererous experience.

We had problems from start to finish, causing me to be significantly delayed. Furthermore, the morning staff was less than helpful, completely uncaring (when the problem was caused by a mistake on UHaul's part) and very unpleasant! I generally have had good experiences with Uhaul, but I would not recommend Basin Markets to any one!

When I called to extend my reservation, I got conflicting information between the customer service office and the location. Rather than clearly explaining the situation to me, I experienced a very rude woman who not only accused me of lying but refused to offer any assistance or alternate options to solve my problem. I will never return to this location and would be hesitant to use uhaul ever again.
