For the location I went to, it was a "sister" vendor to you. I was told the address and found it, but because the location is a gas station, it was hard to determine. It might be good feedback to instruct people to look for actual "gas station" in these instances so they don't question if it's a legitimate operation. :) Other than that - they were great!

Did not have the truck I rented online and not very professional Uhaul Team there. They always stop processing me as a customer and service all the gas customers etc. stop having Uhaul at this location if you can’t service your clients well and on time without delay.

Your insurance that you consider mandatory makesvyout rate.very deceptive. The rate is 19.95 ÷14.95 per 24 hour period. It is all ways round up in your favor. This is again very deceptive.Your blunt voice mail stating that in three hours you were reporting the unit stolen (@ noon) and then billing me untill the next day is just plain wrong. We got that message at 6pm.The fact that you reported it stolen with out even a responce fro.m us and then continued to bill us.This truly shows your true approach to v Customer service. You have none just greed. WE HAD 1 VOICE MAIL AND I HAD NO MISSED CALLS from you. IS this you normal practice? Do you get a lot of people giving you their real I'd their real CC and then have them steal you truck. I highly sought that this IS a common occurrence. ONE CALL and your reporting it stolen.Mabey missing dead in a ditch or. . But stolen? Your average hold time is how many days.Basin Market was great . Uhaul your handling of . If you earns you zero stars

Ordered an appliance dolly online, they didn't have one in stock. I was told I could travel to a different location to go pick one up.... super annoying. There was only one clerk on shift. The store doubles as a gas station and I was continuously put on hold during truck checkout so they could take care of fuel and soda and candy bar customers.

This was an easy and inexpensive experience getting some furniture moved. I would definitely rent a uhaul truck from this vendor again if/when the need arises.

Basic Market employee was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained the latch mechanism so that I was able to use the truck. It had been a rough day moving so I appreciated his kindness.

I set the reservation for the 5305 south state street location for pickup, and with no prior notification it was moved to the 5308 south 900 east location for some reason. I was dropped off at the state street location, which was specified as the pickup location, and had to get an uber to take me to the other location because there was no notification about the change. I was wondering why the location was changed from what I specified and also why there wasn't any notification about the change.

Our pick-up location was changed to a location out of the way of where we were hoping to pick up the truck. I understand why this happens sometimes, but when we arrived at the new location, they did not have the furniture dolly we had requested. The representative did not attempt to even remedy the situation, instead telling us "I don't know what to tell you, I don't have one of those", after I had explained to him the appliance dolly he was trying to give us what not what we had ordered/needed. I had to find and call a different Uhaul location and ask if they had a furniture dolly we could please use, as it was crucial to the move we were trying to make, and we had PAID for it. This other location did have one, and I had to race across town in order to pick it up before they closed. I was issued no apology, no credit, no offer of assistance. Horrible customer service, and I'm very upset our pick up was redirected to a location that did not even have the equipment we had requested and paid for. Oh, plus our truck cab was dirty from a previous user when we picked it up from the dealer, and we were told we needed to clean it or else we would be charged for it.
