How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe car's odometer had an issue, so we couldn’t see the total distance driven and were charged based on an estimate. Customer service tried to help but couldn’t do anything. The truck had also been vandalized, with graffiti on it.
Nasser AThe smell was unbearable on the cargo side
DIVAKAR MThe worker is lazy foremost, he changed my insurance coverage when I opted not to have one on my online check in without asking me I don’t know why, which I am still waiting for a refund for, the truck smelled bad, its 50% mechanically unsound, and not safe to drive. This place is just reckless and careless.
Hamzeh FTruck was physically clean, but there was a garbage smell
