This was a bad experience with the location. I went online and found the truc at the location closest to us and the price. When I called the location the price was much different. I called u-haul and spoke with Sharron who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable unlike the location. She put me in touch with Tony, if I had any problems to call him. Sharron and Tony were very professional, knowledgeable and truelly care about their customers and u-haul. Both of them should be your trainers on customer service. The location wasn’t open when we arrived to pick up. There were 3 others there picking up and dropping off. When we called the main number there was no answer. When hubby called a number that someone called him from they said they will be back in 1 hour. We left and went home. We went back and picked up a dirty truck. Drop off was another issue. Again the location was closed. No phone number to call or what time someone will be back. I called Tony and he solved my issue. This is a very creepy location on the inside. Someone needs to do a site visit to understand. I would not do business again with them.
