The attendant informed me that I could not drop the truck off at this location and that she had told dispatch that the morning of. She did call and find another location I could return it to, so that was helpful, but a bit inconvenient. The equipment return area there is too small.

After picking up the truck I found that the air conditioning was not working. A repairman was dispatched, but did not arrive for over three hours and so I missed our last family meal before leaving Boise.!
JOHN MCommunicate better , our keys weren’t in our pick up box. Had the gal not been there we wouldn’t have know what to do.
