Upgrade his computer system and the truck was very wet and leaked inside .When moving it is not convenient to pick up a truck at 10 am . Aearlier time for pick up and why was the daily charge 29.95 instead of 19.95?

A general comment that the app pickup and return is not a great experience. I had to do it twice when returning the vehicle, and after getting to the last page, the app froze when I entered the postal code without spaces, putting up a red box to say that was wrong. Then I gave up and phoned the owner, and he offered to do it on a computer, instructing me to go take a picture of the dash board. When I returned, he informed me that in fact the payment had gone through. Doing all that work in the rain was no fun.

Make it clear in your correspondence about automated pick up that automated drop off is also required. There was nothing in your material that told me I had to go through a drop off process with my device as well. You probably also want to coach the person who works at this location how to interact positively with customers. I did not appreciate him calling to leave a rude and condescending phone message for me.

I was given a different location by uhaul which was initially at bulletproof mechanic but when i went there i was told to go to 1619 townsite road where the guy took his own time to do everything I had to wait for 30 mins to get the vehicle. He was always goin in between and dealing withq his shoe repair and not considering that i am waiting there to get the vehicle. I dont think uhaul should deal with this agent to rent their vehicles. Unhappy with this locations service!!

The gentleman was very unprofessional. Was on the phone when I arrived and didn't acknowledge me and was discussing personal matters. Used coarse language and talked about off topic things making the rental documentation take much longer than necessary. When I returned the vehicle, he was frustrated that I asked for a paper receipt so I could confirm I was being charged correctly.Then it took him a while to go get the laptop and it all set up just for the receipt to be barely legible. Felt uncomfortable during both transactions. Vehicle was great though minus the door seal falling off but it suited my needs perfectly.

Extremely rude representative. Returned vehicle with fuel to level when I left (under 1/4 tank) and charged $50 for refueling. I will never rent U-Haul again.

I rented this van and drove around 15 kms then went to refill the fuel and the cost was $40.15 it turns out the previous renter did not refill and I guess im too trusting and did as instructed by the rental agent without checking the fuel gage when I told the agent what happened he told me "I told you to bring it back the way you found it" I believe it is the agents job to make sure the tank is full so the next unsuspecting renter doesn't get stuck with the exaggerated fuel bill

When I called in, the man on the phone was extremely rude and told me I woke him up on his day off and he only had one day off and I must doing something wrong on the app and it’s up to me to figure it out and he was so upset I woke him up at 11 am. I had him on speaker phone in front of my kids in the car and we all sat shocked at the tone of his voice and him accusing me of ruining his day because of my phone call. All I wanted to do was to rent a van for a few hours. I had to leave my car and take the van so the location wasn’t very good as I had to park mine across the street at a elementary school because there was a sign on the property to not park there. Strange pickup site and very rude man on the phone. It was hard to go to work after being treated that way on the phone it completely took me by surprise especially from such a big business.

My invoice {contract 87384073} is not correct: 1. fuel gauge shows 1/4 and I am sure it was MORE than the required capacity. 2. 104 k was billed, but I went 33k one-way, or less than 80k returned? There's no way I drove 104k!! 3. What is the 'CDW' charge of $15? 4. minor note but my email on the invoice was incorrect, so I am unsure if there was any communication on this? Invoice was paid on VISA, but I think it's WRONG and I was OVER-CHARGED? Please follow up?

Are u kidfing me? Where do I start. Ok about truck rental 1. Reserved online. 15 ft truck 19.95 plus 10.00 fee for some kind of mandatory basic coverage. 29.95 total. Mileage is 0.69 cents per KM. TOTAL MILEAGE 8.8 KM USED. So...29.95+ 6.07 = $36.02 + $4.32 (12% gst+pst) = $40.34 I was charges 61 something. I was charged 29.95 for truck, a 15.00 insurance I didnt ask for and over 1.06 per km for gas. However over $75.00 has been charged to my visa. WTF? *I have screen grabs of reservation online. It explicitly shows total rental fees 29.95 plus 0.69 per km. Thats it. 2. Gas tank was 1/8 below full line at pick up but tolf full tank and to return it full. I travelled 8.8 km total with my rental on a flat road. At fill up i was barely above 3/4 tank. I put only 10 dollars in gestimating gas used which did return it to 1/8 below full line. If I hadn't noticed I would have filled up...this is always 1/8tank OVER full line. I would have paid an aditional $20.00 i gas or 30.00 total. But I took pictures and video of dash and truck before I left Uhaul lot, when I put in gas and when I returned so I can provide proof. I dont want to pay extra 20 in gas because last person didnt fill tank. Why didnt the guy issuing truck notice. 3. When I complained about diffetence in price between reservation and what he said it would now cost, i was told I was wrong. He said total charges will be 75.00 with estimated mileage. I disagreed. He said I could take it up with Uhaul but to get truck todsy, thats what Id have to pay now. I had movers waiting. I had one day only to move. I had zero choice. I felt extorted. Again I have picture of online confirmed reservation and cost with picture of the exact vehicle I rentex with no additional i surance selected. But non the less I had zero choice. He left me with no choice. He gave me rental folder but found later he never gave me any copy of charges...no reciept. It had only inspection picture of truck stapled in it and that was even wrong! It says 1 ding on back of paper and 2 on front of paper. On video he clearly says 3 major dents and a variety of svratches and other significant damage not on form like cut seat etc. I had no reciept with starting mileage listed. My photo is all I had to know I was correctly charged. At least mileage travelled is the only correct thing on bill I re ieved in email. There are other thing, moe but afterwards when I had time I called uhaul to complain. I recorded our call. Why not, it clearly says you record it too. Girl was very nice said she would send complaint up for refund and would send me my bill by email and reference number for official dispute and who to call or that Id be contacted i a few days by management to resolve my legitimate issues. But she only sent bill.
