Vehicle could not have been inspected by the company or maintained in a road worthiness condition for a 7000 mile trip. Front driver side tire had significant wear on the inside, after a short time it wore through the steel belts. Very dangerous, the person driving had to fight the steering wheel.This could have been a danger to the public at large. It was hard to drive and made the vehicle sway. The load shifted due to the swaying, damaging several pieces of furniture. Not up to expectations. I will not be recommending U-haul to others in the future.
David JInstall a second computer, and train the assistant to do the complete check-out procedure, in order to reduce waiting time.
