Vehicle had check engine light on. Dealer knew about it and still rented it out. U-Haul on whites creek pike said they NEVER send out vehicles with check engine lights on. If the location had pulled the truck I wouldn’t have reserved it and been forced to drive a dangerous vehicle. Of course the dealer offered to cancel but they put me in a bind by marking the truck as in good condition and ready to rent. Dealer did not have the dolly I reserved…. Headlight was out and delayed my move by hours. Paperwork from previous renter was left in the cab. Will never rent from this location again

I was told to bring the truck back within 24 hours which confused us and left us thinking the money paid covered the truck for 24 hours. Upon returning the truck at 10pm our charges doubled saying we used two reservation blocks instead of one.
