I got charged $44 for no reason yes I will get it refunded but the hardship it has caused me is unreal. I just moved and it broke me and that $44 was my gas money until I get paid on Monday. Now I can't work this weekend and may lose my job thanks Uhaul!!!!

Got there and they wanted almost double the price! Good thing I had the reservations guy (Jim) number to complete the sale. May rent from UHaul again but never ever from there.

The truck drove really good. There was a strong smell in the cab of truck that was bad. The customer service from the Father and son was really great !!!!!! We will refer people to them as well as use their service for all our needs as well. And the banana nut muffin was awesome !!!!!!!!!!! We are grateful to you, and thank you for helping us in our short notice time of need.

I was overcharged $28.36 for miles I did not drive, I drove it less then 8 miles. I have tried to call and no one will answer the phone. I am extremely upset and feel taken advantage of.

There was not an employee at the store, all was done through the telephone inside the gas station and I had to give all my credit card info over the phone while others were standing by me.

Will not use UHaul again. Trailer seemed smaller from an equivalently sized budget truck and when I called Uhaul to ask for an extension on 1 hour on the rental time they were going to charge for another day.

Every time I reserve a truck...u haul changes my reservation. From size of truck to pick up location. Very frustrating. Even more so is the call wait time for U haul customer service. Each change equals at least one call which takes an average of 30+ minutes on hold. And usually takes 2 calls to get sorted out. Very frustrating.

I had a 9:00 am pick up reservation at the Kwik Sak location and the uhaul employee was not there. I waited 45 minutes and then called the Madison uhaul store. They called the kwik sak store. The cashier said the U Hauls employee didn't usually arrive until 9:30 or 10:00 and reservations should not be made before then. My experience was totally unacceptable because I had people waiting at my house to load the truck and they were taking off work to help me. This experience was frustrating to every one involved including the Kwik Sak cashier who did not know what to do. She handed me the key to the truck with no instruction, no contract and she didn't even know which truck it was! When I turned the truck in, I was not given a receipt or copy of a contract. I asked for compensation for the inconvenience this experience caused and was told he would call his manager and I would receive an email. I have received nothing as of 5-2-18. I have no idea what I have been charged. I hope nothing since this experience has caused so much stress and frustration.

I keep getting receipt emails for other customers. I called and was told the issue was resolved but they still find their way to my inbox. I believe uhaul needs to do a better job of equipping their third party locations with the training and resources they require.

Uhaul give u one price thats advertised but u have to pay another i thought i would be paying 19.95 not an extra $20 for a .99 mile charge thats ridiculous you dont what situation a person is in and having to pay extra money is really sad. I wouldn't tell noone to get a uhaul because tge price isnt guaranteed
