Items that were to go with the order--blankets, dolly--were not included with the truck at pickup. Office did not open even though app showed they should be open. Had to drive to another location to rent the items, then call and get credit from this location. In addition to the trip to another UHaul location, spent a good hour on the phone arranging and resolving.
Neil SMy furniture pads were not there and the guy at check in didn't remove them from my order like he said he would. Also the truck seemed to have an electrical issue as it would glitch and the light would turn on inside while driving. No issue that is an fyi
Rachel HTire light or maintenance light was on. I also reserved a dolly and then when I arrived I learned the location I was at didn't have Dollys.
STEVEN AStart hours of 9:30 is a little late in the work day. Stronger assistance when returning the unit/checking back in would have been appreciated.
