Drop off after office hours. Talked on the phone prior to dropping off and person I talked to seemed friendly and helpful. I returned the truck just a bit over 1/2 tank like I have received it yet this location added 9 gallons to the tank and charged me $41!! Uhaul should offer more free miles. Of course, from pick up location to drop off location it added additional mileage I had to pay for. First and last time I am using Uhaul.
