I was given the wrong quote, was actually charged more than double when it was all said and done! Employees should know what they're telling people! I will never use U-Haul again!
AMY SI was caught off guard when I arrived to pick up the vehicle and the app informed me that a second person needed to be contacted to verify my identity. This requirement was not communicated when I made the reservation earlier in the week. I was renting the vehicle on behalf of the healthcare clinic I work for, which is closed on weekends, making it difficult to complete the verification process on a Sunday afternoon. If this type of verification is required, it would be far more reasonable to notify customers in advance—not at the time of pickup. I found the experience frustrating and inconvenient, and I hope you’ll consider improving communication around these types of requirements going forward.

Roman CEquipment was dirty. Also I only had the vehicle for 13 hours. But charged for 2 days. I expect to be refunded the additional 19.95 I was charged for a second day.
