I reserved an appliance dolly. When I picked up the truck I was told there was not a dolly available. I will go to a different location next time.

AMY SI was caught off guard when I arrived to pick up the vehicle and the app informed me that a second person needed to be contacted to verify my identity. This requirement was not communicated when I made the reservation earlier in the week. I was renting the vehicle on behalf of the healthcare clinic I work for, which is closed on weekends, making it difficult to complete the verification process on a Sunday afternoon. If this type of verification is required, it would be far more reasonable to notify customers in advance—not at the time of pickup. I found the experience frustrating and inconvenient, and I hope you’ll consider improving communication around these types of requirements going forward.
