This location representative needs to be more transparent with line item pricing. Unexpected charges not mentioned are unethical.Also, no type of credit was given, for filling up the truck with gas, beyond how you received it.I will seek out other arrangements next time I need a rental vehicle

JOSE VThanks for being there to get me out of a pinch with my car! My only recommendation is for the U-Haul Corporation to add more vehicles being towed to its drop down in the system. I have a classic Austin Mini Cooper and it doesn't show up in the system. Is there a way U-Haul can incorporate “other†within the category?
