James LNo one is willing to even apologize for the change in drop off locations without notifying me even when I talked to the agent on the phone asking for 1 additional day. Instead of the agent being knowledgeable about uhaul returns, what consent of 1 extra day etc etc she cause myself additional money for something I didn’t use more than our agreed upon 1 extra day but I’m being charged 2 extra days. Do better!
