I experienced multiple issues with my U-Haul rental from the moment I attempted to pick up the vehicle. The app repeatedly stopped working, which prevented me from taking the required pictures of the vehicle before leaving. The vehicle already had noticeable damage, made loud noises, and was not in good overall condition. I also had difficulty removing the key from the key box and had to make multiple phone calls for assistance. There was an hour-and-a-half wait, and I also experienced issues with being locked inside the gate. Overall, there were multiple problems with both the rental process and the condition of the vehicle at this U-Haul location, which made the entire experience extremely frustrating and inconvenient.

Tara SNo one was there working at 10 am. For that reason returning the truck was a hassle and hopefully was input as returned on time. Had to call the 1800 number for assistance. There was nowhere to really park the truck.
