The pick up location was great, he was very helpful and accommodating. However, extremely disappointed in U-Haul reservation as needed to drive a 4 hour extra round trip to pick up van extending our 18 hour long drive to 22 hours. Will definitely warn others that reservations for a pick up location are pretty meaningless as can legally be extended to many, many extra hours with only the evening before to learn of location. I was aware but didn’t think U-Haul would make us go an extra 4 hours.
