This is the worst Uhaul place to drop off... I have had to experience this place three different occasions and each time he is never available and you are required to drop your rental off outside of the gate! He always says.... AND MAKE SURE WHEN YOU DROP OFF THE VEHICLE, OR RENTAL THAT YOU DO NOT BLOCK THE GATE. This is uncomfortable to me because this time I was to return the vehicle no later than Wednesday as per my agreement and he would not be back to check it in until Friday. What if someone took the trailer? Would I be responsible? I do not care to deal with this particular establishment.
