Overall, it was apositove experience; the truck was clean, well-maintained and in great condition.My only negative feedback is that I rented a 10' truck at 9:45am on Monday and told I had to return it by Tuesday at 2pm as there was another incoming reservation. I returned the vehicle by 2pm and was disappointed to see that I was charged a full day (for nothing insurance and the daily rental). I feel that was a misrepresentation and would have appreciated a pro-rated rate for the additional 4 hours of rental time.I would be happy to discuss this further with another agent.
