I need to speak to someone this process was totally unacceptable. I reserved the van and was given a truck and was told that they did not have an option. I was overcharged for my original contract from a van to a truck. I ordered blankets and got On Location and the blankets were not in the truck even though I asked at the front desk if it was done and I was told yes I literally had to go almost 20 miles to find the Home Depot to purchase blankets to then use them to them, bring them back and I get it not only more gas but the additional miles and when I came back to the office I was told nothing can be done about it. I just totally unacceptable.
