Hi, rental worked almost well. the location was good and the car neat. Your app is a problem: all worked quite well until I was forced to take pictures of the truck, and I could not. I stood in the cold snapping one picture after another, selected "keep" and upload and yet, nothing was uploaded. Tried for almost 15min! Then gave up, took regular photos as proof. Your app is also crazy battery intensive: I had 35% bat when I started and when I gave up on taking pictures I was down to 3%!!! I never had any IOS app deplete battery in 1/2h that fast. You should really look into this (Telling your customers to have plenty of battery before rental is not that helpful, knowing now it must almost be FULL(!)) The rest of the process was impressive and worked well. Cheers
