owner actually called me for leaving something in truck so i thought that was honest and professional....just because of that i would highly recommend!!

Looked more like a used car lot vs a UHaul location...but functional.

Insurance is extremely expensive. Surely you could charge less.

This location needs to be available because the person who rent the uhaul are not there or available when you need them, you have to keep calling or drop by the office to get someone to rent the uhaul out.

The trailer was I stored in what could be described as a junk yard. Muddy ground. Tight squeeze to get out. Staff was helpful but not friendly.

We rented a dolly; for to our location and realized there was no dolly in the back of the u haul as we were told. We had to drive back to pick one up. This took hours of our moving time and added milage to our trip. No apologies and we were still charged for a full day use of a dolly, truck and not reimbursed milage

The staff at the location were amazing. The trailer was old and worn

While we don’t have proof that we drove 74 miles (should have taken pictures ourselves of the odometer before and after) there is NO way we drove that many miles. The price was absolutely ridiculous

No suggestions - everything was great. We picked up the vehicle before they opened, and that went very smoothly. We returned the truck and were taken care of promptly. Friendly and courteous service. Would definitely recommend. Great service!

I would make sure the business did not close an hour earlier than it was supposed to!! There was no reason not to let me know. I came back one hour earlier than my rental time. Also, it is not true that if you are out of state you have to purchase their insurance, even if it is only $14.00!

When I reserve the truck at uHaul.com, I didn't put any "Coverage" in the contract. But then the manage decided I need it where he didn't even mention to me he added to it or otherwise I would say no. Then when I return the truck and come to found out what he has added I said I didn't ask you to put it in my order and John the manager said "You need it and it is required because the truck is very expensive" ... Really?? What kind of SCAM is it.. Don't ever do business with them

It took the guy an hour to hook up the trailer to the truck and find paperwork. The only paperwork I signed was acknowledging damage on the truck. Nothing showing $$ due. He said insurance for both was $15 (I even repeated to make sure, one five and he said yes), but now I see it was actually a total of $52.

hard to understand john sometimes on phone.however, he is most accommodating.

I returned the trailer on time per my contract, and the owner charged me for a extra day. When I called him he right away argued with me as I left my paperwork on his desk and was escorted by one of his employees. He must have misplaced the paperwork only to find it two days later so he figured it was late. He changed his turn and uhaul did credit me the extra day.
