Shut down the location on Hanson rd in Edgewood Maryland. The guys who work there does not care about the job. My truck had no gas..when I asked them about it their response was “it’s not our job we are third party”. When I dropped my key off no one was there, they never canceled my reservation.. when I called the day after I dropped my truck off to see why my reservation wasn’t closed their response was “I need to call the 1-800 number because it’s not my job”. They were VERY unprofessional and nonchalant.
