LESLIE ZOne of the worst rental experiences I have had. I rented 27 trucks from U-Haul. I returned 7 trucks early. That is over 3,000 dollars. Dawn at the U-Haul location clearly told me I would be reimbursed for any truck returned early. As it has been done before. I relied on that statement. After returning the trucks, the story changed. I was told I would not receive reimbursement. No one took responsibility. No one honored what was promised. Keeping thousands of dollars after early returns is unacceptable. Treating a high volume customer this way shows a lack of integrity and professionalism. Awful people to work with. I will never rent from U-Haul again and I would not recommend them to anyone.
