VLADIMIR KHorrible customer service guy. One young guy there selling lady a cellphone. Wouldn't log my return in. About 2 hours later, still not logged in. I called Corporate to get a gas credit but he couldn't request until truck was logged in. I called Marrows and waited on hold 12 minutes. Then called back went to voicemail. Then called back and got manager who said guy was in bathroom. I told him logged in my return asap! All the while Corporate was on phone with me. I filed complaint with Corporate.
