U-Haul did a great job throughout the process. However, when I got to the rental vehicle, the gas meter was approximately 1/8 of a tank. Due to this, I was almost unable to make it to a gas station to fill it up to continue my journey. Please charge the previous driver for the gas surcharge. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience!

If you have a uhaul business then have one and if you have two businesses at one location then run both but don't put key drop boxes and web site that says you are open then turn around and tell your customers that they rent to uhaul and no one is there today and then you go web site and get told there will be a twenty dollar charge because you dropped key in drop box after hours . what type of business is that then there is no uhaul parking there's some garages and you just take your pick of where to park ikt come on uhaul worst service yet
JOSE GI was never reimbursed for the equipment that I never got
James JThis company is unfair and outrageous. I had a trip that was in total including the travel to the drop off locations 212 miles. U-Haul only allowed 208 miles for the entire trip. There were accidents and detours/construction resulting in 260 miles. They charged me an additional 133 dollars on top of the original quote costs. Will never be using this company again.
