The truck I reserved wasn't available, Uhaul customer service told me it was due to "the site not having Mobile pickup capabilities." Then they had me pick up another truck at that same site with mobile pickup 10 minutes later. It's obvious that the truck wasn't there and customer service lied to me about mobile pickup. I had to get a larger truck and waste my time dealing with customer service. Next time have the trucks on site that were reserved days ahead of time.
